APEX FOOTWEAR HOLDS 35TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Apex Footwear virtually held its 35th annual general meeting on Wednesday. Golam Mainuddin, chairperson and independent director of Apex Footwear Limited, presided over the meeting. Syed Nasim Manzur, managing director, was present at the programme along with the company's directors and other officials. Shareholders approved 25 per cent cash dividends and 25 per cent stock dividends for the year that ended in June this year.
