Apex Footwear held its 34th annual general meeting (AGM) virtually on Wednesday. Mr. Syed Manzur Elahi, chairperson of the company, presided over the programme. Syed Nasim Manzur, managing director, was present at the meeting among other directors and senior officials. The shareholders of the footwear brand approved 35 per cent cash dividends and 10 per cent stock dividends for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2024.
