ASIA PACIFIC GENERAL INSURANCE HOLDS 24TH AGM
The 24th AGM of the Asia Pacific General Insurance Co. Ltd. was held on a digital platform recently. Chairman of the Company Aftabul Islam presided over the meeting. Members of the Board of Directors Kashfi Kamal, Wahidul Haque Siddiqui, Moynul Haque Siddiqui, Gazi A.Z.M. Shamim, Md. Shahjahan Miah, Abdul Haque, Golam Kabir Chowdhury, Shah Md. Tawsif Wahid Anabil, Moshiur Rahman, Woahida Pervin Happy, Independent Director M. Jalalul Hai and Chief Executive Officer (C.C.) Md Shariful Islam Chowdhury and general shareholders of the company attended the meeting and passed the Annual Accounts and approved of 12% cash dividend for the shareholders for the year 2023.
