The 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bangladesh Export Import Co. Ltd. was held on Monday using hybrid system, says a statement.
The meeting was presided over by O. K. Chowdhury, Managing Director of the company. Iqbal Ahmed, Director; A. B. Siddiqur Rahman, Director; Shah Monjurul Hoque, Independent Director; Masud Ekramullah Khan, Independent Director; Mohammad Asad Ullah, Executive Director and Company Secretary; and Md. Luthfor Rahman, Chief Financial Officer of the company attended the meeting.
Bangladesh Export Import Co. Ltd. declared 5% stock dividend for the year ended June 30, 2024 in the AGM.
Shareholders approved the Directors' Report, Audited Financial Statements for the year ended on June 30, 2024, 5% stock dividend, and appointment of directors and auditors for the year 2024-25.
