Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited approved 12 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2019. The dividend was approved in its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on virtually by using digital platform recently. Abdul Baset Majumder, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting.
