The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited was held on a digital platform on Tuesday. Abdul Baset Majumder, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting while CEO Md. Sana Ullah was present. The AGM approved 15 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2020. The dividend was approved in its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on a digital platform on Tuesday. The meeting approved the company's audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020, said a statement.
Abdul Baset Majumder, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Among the other members of the board of directors Mostafa Kamal, other directors subsequently Professor Dr. Mijanur Rahman, Fakruddin Ahmed FCA, Prof Dr. Goutom Buddha Das, Taif Bin Yousuf, Wasikur Rahman, Mohammed Salim, FCMA, Tanjima Binthe Mostafa, Tanveer Ahmed Mostafa and CEO Md. Sana Ullah, Auditor of the company AKM Aminul Hoque FCA, Ferozul Islam, G.M. (F/A) & Company Secretary Uttam Kumar Dey FCS, were present in the meeting. Large number of shareholders also present in the meeting.
