Bank Asia Holds 25th Annual General Meeting

The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bank Asia, was held virtually on June 23. Romo Rouf Chowdhury, chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting. Shareholders of Bank Asia approved 15 per cent cash dividends for the year 2023 at the AGM.
