Bank Asia held its 27th annual general meeting virtually on June 11 under the chairmanship of Romo Rouf Chowdhury. Shareholders approved a 17 per cent dividend for 2025, comprising equal portions of cash and stock dividends, and endorsed the audited financial statements for the year.
