Bank Asia Limited signed a participation agreement with the Bangladesh Bank to access the central bank's refinance scheme offering a credit guarantee facility. This facility aims to support women entrepreneurs in small businesses and those in the agro-processing industry. The agreement was signed by Bank Asia President and Managing Director Sohail R K Hussain and Director of the Credit Guarantee Department of Bangladesh Bank Nahid Rahman, with Deputy Governor Nurun Nahar in attendance.
