Bank Asia organised a two-day long training programme on 'Islamic Banking Investment Operations' for its officials at Bank Asia Institute for Training and Development (BAITD) in Dhaka recently. Md Fariuddin Ahmed, chairman of Shariah Supervisory Committee of the bank, was the chief guest in the inaugural session of the training programme. M Esamul Arephin, head of BAITD (current charge), presided over the inaugural session.
