BAPLC founding secy-general expires

Mr. K.M Abdul Hai, the founding Secretary-General of Bangladesh Association of Publicly Listed Companies (BAPLC) passed away on Thursday due to old age complications, said a statement.
He was 83. He left behind his five sons and a daughter and ten grandchildren. He also served in Bata Shoe Co. (BD) Ltd as Director for about 30 years.
The Executive Committee members and all employees of BAPLC deeply mourned the sad demise of Mr. Hai and express deep sympathy to his bereaved family.
