The 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Baraka Power Limited was held using hybrid system (both physical and online presence) at a hotel in Sylhet on December 26. Chairman of the company Faisal Ahmad Chowdhury delivered the welcome speech and Managing Director Fahim Ahmed Chowdhury made the closing remarks. Company Secretary Md Saiful Islam Chowdhury moderated the event. At the AGM, shareholders approved 3.50% cash dividend for fiscal year 2023-24 and other agendas.
