BASE Textiles Limited decided to issue its shares through IPO under Fixed Price method for business expansion. In this connection, an agreement was signed between ICB Capital Management Limited (ICML) and BASE Textiles Limited recently. Mosaddake-Ul-Alam, Deputy Managing Director of ICB, Md Sohel Rahman (Additional Charge), CEO, and Md Shafiul Alam, DCEO of ICML, Md Hasan Shibli, Managing Director & CEO of BASE, AFM Sodrul Alam Chowdhury, Chief Operating Officer of BASE, Shimul Baran Sharma, Company Secretary & General Manager (Finance & Accounts) of BASE, were present on the occasion.
