BD achieves unprecedented success in all sectors

Lawmakers have said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is leading the country with honesty, utmost sincerity, efficiency and confidence of the people to build 'Sonar Bangla', dreamt by Bangabandhu, reports BSS.
Bangladesh witnessed unprecedented successes in all sectors under her leadership to transform the country into a developed nation by 2041, they said while taking part in the discussion on the thanksgiving motion on the President's address to the Jatiya Sangsad (Parliament).
Ruling party lawmakers State Minister for Industries Kamal Ahmed Mojumder, Deputy Minister for Water Resources AKM Enamul Hoque Shameem, Mohibur Rahman Manik, Showkat Hasanur Rahman (Rimon), Mahfuzur Rahaman and Md Habibar Rahman took part in the discussion with Deputy Speaker Fazle Rabbi Miah in the chair.
Enamul Hoque Shameem said the people of the country can't think any alternative to the 'Boat', the election symbol of the ruling party, and Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's daughter Sheikh Hasina.
The people of the country not only think, but also believe that the country will not go back as long as Prime Minister Hasina is in the state power, he said. "They (people) can sleep soundly without fear with peace as daughter of Bangabandhu stays vigilant," he added.
Kamal Mojumder said under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina and her directives, the government is relentlessly working to materialise Bangabandhu's dream of building 'Sonar Bangla' through flourishing the agriculture and industrial sectors.
Referring to the country's achievements in different development indexes in the last one decade, he said, Bangladesh is now progressing towards becoming a developed country by 2041 leaving its neighbours behind in the indexes.
Other MPs, taking part in the discussion, thanked the President for his time-worthy speech, saying that President Abdul Hamid in his 163-page speech has projected the government's success in all sectors in the last 11 years under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina and outlined the government's future plans for transforming the country into a developed and prosperous one by 2041.
