The 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of BD Finance (Bangladesh Finance And Investment Company Ltd) was held Monday at BCIC auditorium in the city.

Hossain Khaled, Chairman, BD Finance presided over the meeting which approved five per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year ended 2014.

The meeting was attended, among others, by directors Geasuddin Ahmed, Haider Ahmed Khan, FCA, Md. Imtiaz and Ansar Uddin Ahmed.

Mafizuddin Sarker, Managing Director & CEO and Nasim Ahmed, Deputy Managing Director along with other high officials of the company and a good number of shareholders also attended the meeting.
