BD Finance inks deal with Leads Corporation

Bangladesh Finance And Investment Company Limited (BD Finance) inked a deal with software giant Leads Corporation to procure centralized core Business System - BANKULTIMUS.
The two companies inked the agreement at BD Finance head office recently, said a statement.
BD Finance procured the License & Services for BANKULTIMUS from LEADS having necessary interfaces for smooth functional operation as well as to meet regulatory requirements based on Bangladesh Bank ICT Policy and BASEL guideline.
Mr. Mafizuddin Sarker, Managing Director &CEO of BD Finance and Shaikh Abdul Shahid, CEO of LEADS Corporation Limited signed the agreement.
