Berger Paints includes female painters in Express Painting Service

Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited has announced the inclusion of female painters in its Express Painting service offered through Berger Experience Zone, says a press release.
This initiative expands the company's commitment to providing a professional, fast, and clean painting experience for its customers.
The addition of female painters aims to offer a new level of comfort and convenience. Their presence may provide an enhanced sense of ease for families, particularly women and children, during home painting projects. This initiative brings a fresh perspective to the industry and introduces customer-centric innovation.
This service is part of a wider effort by Berger to empower women in non-traditional professions. The female painters are graduates of the company's dedicated training initiative facilitated by Berger Training Institute (BTI) in collaboration with National Skill Development Authority (NSDA).
This programme has received recognition, including the SDG Brand Champion Awards, for its work in championing diversity and expanding professional opportunities for women in 2024.
