The 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd was held virtually on Sunday. The meeting was presided over by Iqbal Ahmed, Managing Director of the company. Directors O. K. Chowdhury, A. B. Siddiqur Rahman, Quamrun Naher Ahmed, Independent Directors Prof. Mamtaz Uddin Ahmed, Dr. Md. Ibraheem Hosein Khan, Chief Operating Officer S. M. Rabbur Reza, Chief Financial Officer Mohammad Ali Nawaz and Executive Director and Company Secretary Mohammad Asad Ullah attended the meeting. At the AGM, the shareholders approved the Directors' Report, Audited Financial Statements and 40 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2024, and appointment of Directors and Auditors for the year 2024-25.
