BGIC CEO reappointed

Ahmed Saifuddin Chowdhury Minto has been reappointed as Managing Director & CEO of Bangladesh General Insurance Company PLC (BGIC) for the 5th consecutive term, says a press statement.
He joined the BGIC Head Office in 1986, and after two years, he was transferred to the Chattogram Zonal Office as the Finance & Accounts In-Charge. Upon receiving a promotion, he was transferred back to the Head Office in Dhaka in 2009 as Additional Managing Director and Company Secretary.
On August 1, 2013, he assumed the role of Managing Director and CEO of BGIC.
