The 22nd annual general meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of Bangladesh Industrial Finance Company Limited (BIFC) was held at Mohakhali in the city recently, according to a statement.
The meeting was presided over by Ruhul Amin, chairman of the Board of Directors of BIFC.
Directors Jameel Mahmood, Neaz Ahmed, independent directors Professor Jawadur Rahim Zahid, S. M. Shamsul Alam, Sa'ad Zaglul Abbas, Brigadier General (Retd.) Mohammad Selim, Managing Director (C.C) M. M. Mostafa Bilal and Company Secretary Md. Ahsan Ulla were present in the meeting.
In the meeting, the directors' report and auditors' report to the shareholders, accompanied by audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2017 were placed and passed by the shareholders of the company. A large number of shareholders attended the meeting.
