Bproperty.com acquires Lamudi

Standardising real estate services provided to Bangladeshi consumers

bproperty.com, the country's only real estate marketplace on Tuesday announced that it has acquired Lamudi.com.bd another property portal in Bangladesh, said a statement.
The deal, for an undisclosed amount, represents a consolidation of real estate services within the country through bproperty.com, with Bproperty's innovative and market leading solution to real estate services being strengthened within Bangladesh. In the deal, the current services of Lamudi.com.bd will be wound down with Lamudi's consumers and real estate developers being serviced through bproperty.com.
Bproperty has quickly grown to prominence in Bangladesh in the last few years and this acquisition is a further signal of its commitment to improving the real estate industry, ensuring that all consumers, irrespective of their real estate need has access to independent real estate advice.
