BRAC BANK EMPOWERS EXPATS' FAMILIES THROUGH 'UTHAN BOITHOK'

BRAC Bank hosted an 'Uthan Boithok'-a community-based financial awareness initiative-in Jashore's Bostapotti area, focusing on families dependent on remittances. The event, conducted on Tuesday by the BRAC Bank Rupdia Agent Banking Outlet, brought together over 50 local expatriate families. The session was aimed at promoting greater financial inclusion among rural communities and educating expatriate families about the advantages of opening bank accounts, managing remittances securely, and the significance of savings in achieving financial stability.
