BRAC Bank Limited recently organised a day-long training programme titled "Women's Leadership Skills Development" for its female employees, said a statement.
Ms. Nasreen Sattar, Specialist, Executive Development and former CEO of SCB Afghanistan, conducted the workshop at the bank's head office in the capital. Ms. Bilquis Jahan, Head of Human Resources of the bank, was present during the certificate giving ceremony.
The workshop was aimed at assisting the female employees on self-development, overcoming the challenges at workplace and achieving success in the corporate world.
