BRAC BANK, MHADI SUPPORT join hands to provide LOANS TO 'SHAFOLLO' WORKERS

BRAC Bank has entered into a partnership with Mhadi Support Services Limited to extend digital lending facilities to the organisation's workers under the Shafollo programme. Service employees, including drivers and operational staff -- a segment traditionally excluded from formal banking credit systems, can avail of instant loans through the bank's digital lending platform, Shubidha App. The agreement was signed in Dhaka, in the presence of Syed Abdul Momen, additional managing director and head of SME banking, BRAC Bank; and Md. Arikul Islam, managing director and CEO of Mhadi Support Services Limited; along with senior officials from both organisations.
