BRAC BANK PARTNERS WITH BERGER PAINTS TO FACILITATE RIGHTS SHARE SUBSCRIPTION

BRAC Bank PLC and Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd have signed a 'Banker to the Issue Services' agreement under which BRAC Bank will collect share subscription money against upcoming rights offering of Berger Paints through the bank's nominated branches. Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, Deputy Managing Director & Head of Corporate Banking of BRAC Bank; and Rupali Chowdhury, Managing Director of Berger Paints; signed the agreement at the Berger House in Dhaka recently.
