BRAC Bank rolls out toll-free call centre number

BRAC Bank has become the first bank in the Bangladesh banking industry to introduce toll-free number at call centre, says a statement.

The charge-free number will bring convenience to the customers as they do not have to worry about phone bills while calling the call centre to get essential banking services on the go.

Customers can now dial toll-free 08 0000 16221 from any mobile number round the clock without any charge. This toll-free number is an addition to our existing four numbers.

Equipped with modern technology and expert agents, BRAC Bank's 24/7 Call Centre provides faster services to the bank's customers. The most technologically advanced Call Centre handles as high as 250,000 calls in a month.

The bank's Head of Alternate Banking Channels Nazmur Rahim said, "This toll-free number is the latest addition to our Call Centre capability that will bring more convenience to the customers. As a customer-centric bank, we always consider introducing value-added services to our customers."
