BRAC Bank has integrated Ghoori Learning skill courses in its e-learning platform- ALO. The partnership signing ceremony was held at BRAC Bank's head office in the capital on Tuesday. The ceremony was attended by Akhteruddin Mahmood, head of Human Resources; and Umme Salma, head of Learning and Development, BRAC Bank; and Ashiqur Rahman Rean, chief growth officer, Ghoori Learning, and other officials of both organisations. BRAC Bank has integrated Ghoori Learning's skill courses into its e-learning platform ALO as part of its ongoing employee development efforts, according to a statement.
Ghoori Learning is a prominent e-learning platform in the country, offering extensive learning opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Through this collaboration, BRAC Bank employees now have access to 30 online courses at their convenience, all of which are free.
These courses cover a range of professional and soft skills, including sales training, data entry, cybersecurity, effective business analysis, leadership and negotiation.
