BRAC Bank has integrated Ghoori Learning's skill courses into its e-learning platform ALO as part of its ongoing employee development efforts, according to a statement.
Ghoori Learning is a prominent e-learning platform in the country, offering extensive learning opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Through this collaboration, BRAC Bank employees now have access to 30 online courses at their convenience, all of which are free.
These courses cover a range of professional and soft skills, including sales training, data entry, cybersecurity, effective business analysis, leadership and negotiation.
The partnership signing event took place at BRAC Bank's headquarters in the capital on Tuesday. The event was attended by Akhteruddin Mahmood, head of Human Resources; Umme Salma, head of Learning and Development at BRAC Bank; Ashiqur Rahman Rean, chief growth officer at Ghoori Learning, and other officials from both organisations.
Akhteruddin Mahmood, head of Human Resources at BRAC Bank, said, "As an employee-centred organisation, BRAC Bank consistently invests in people development to help them acquire new skills for career advancement.
