BSEC fines three individuals,one company for non-compliance

Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) on Monday fined three individuals and one company for non-compliance of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969, reports UNB.
The BSEC has imposed penalty of Tk 1.0 million upon Abdur Rahim, Tk 0.2 million upon Mahfuzur Rahman Bhuiyan, Tk 0.2 million upon Bulbul Ahmed and Tk 0.2 million upon New Capital Finance & Commerce (MCS) Ltd for non-compliance of Section 17 (e) (ii) (iii) (v) of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969 in connection with trading in shares of RAHIMTEX, BANGAS, MITHUNKNIT and RENATA, according to DSE website.
