BSTI DG gets Integrity Award

SM Ferdous Alam, Director General (Grade-1) of Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI), has obtained the National Integrity Award in recognition of his outstanding contribution and efforts to promote practice of integrity in the workplace. Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun handed over the Award to him at a programme organised by Industries Ministry in Dhaka on Monday. Jakia Sultana, Senior Secretary of the ministry, was present at the event. BSTI also achieved the first place in the evaluation of Annual Performance Agreement (APA) among the 12 agencies under the Industries Ministry.
