CHATTOGRAM, Oct 14: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Australia Bangladesh Business Forum (ABBF) and the Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) at the World Trade Centre (WTC) hall room on Saturday.
CCCI President Omar Hajjaj and ABBF President Abdul Ratan Khan signed the MoU on behalf of their organisations. The MoU will help foster business with the entrepreneurs in Australia.
Earlier, the leaders of CCCI and ABBF held a view exchange meeting. The meeting was chaired by CCCI President Omar Hajjaj.
Among others CCCI Director Anjan Shekhor Das and Mahafujul Haque Shah, Director of FBCCI Mohammed Rahman, CEO of Pregas Group Najmul Hasan and Director of Business Development Peter Skleparis also addressed the function.
Addressing the meeting, ABBF Abdul Ratan Khan said that there is an opportunity to work together for strengthening trade ties with Australia.
CCCI president Omar Hajjaj said, "The MoU will open a new era for trade and commerce between the two countries."
