The Board of Directors of NCC Bank Ltd. has recently re-elected its Independent Director Md. Amirul Islam FCS, FCA as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board.
Mr. Islam is a qualified Chartered Accountant & Chartered Secretary. He has served BSRS/BDBL for more than 29 years in different important positions such as, General Manager-Finance & Accounts, General Manager-Administration, Senior Consultant and held Additional Charge of the Managing Director of BSRS.
Mr. Islam is also holding the position of Chairman of Audit Committee of Dacca Dyeing and Manufacturing Co. Ltd. and Hakkani Pulp & Paper Mills Ltd. He was the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Aramit Cement Ltd. & BD Welding and Electrodes Ltd. & also Member of the Board of Directors of a number of listed & non listed companies. He is presently a Senior Partner of K.M. Hasan & Co. Chartered Accountants and also a senior faculty member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh having 21 years teaching experiences.
He completed his B.Com. (Hons), M. Com. in Management from the University of Dhaka.
