Chartered Life Insurance Company Ltd, has recently signed an agreement with AAA Finance & Investment Limited (AAA) for raising fund through IPO. Under the agreement, AAA will work as the Manager to the Issue. S M Ziaul Hoque FLMI, Chief Executive Officer (Acting) and Mohammad Obaydur Rahman FCS, FCGA, MD & CEO of AAA Finance and Investment Limited, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
