The shareholders of Chittagong Stock Exchange PLC (CSE) have approved a 5.0 per cent dividend for the fiscal year 2023-2024. The approval was given in the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of CSE held at its building in Chattogram on Thursday. Chairman of CSE AKM Habibur Rahman conducted the AGM. CSE board of directors Prof Dr Md Saiful Islam, Dr Mahmud Hassan, Naznin Sultana, Farida Yasmin, Major (Retd) Emdadul Islam and Mohammed Akther Parvez, Managing Director M Shaifur Rahman Mazumdar and Company Secretary Rajib Saha attended in the AGM. Shahjada Mahmud Chaudhuri, Managing Director of Alpha Securities Limited, was chosen shareholder director in the AGM.
