CITIZENS BANK SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH DESCO
Citizens Bank PLC recently signed an agreement with the Dhaka Electricity Supply PLC (DESCO) at DESCO Head Office in Dhaka. Md. Mostafizur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director of Citizens Bank, and S. M Shah Sultan, Superintend Engineer (Company Secretary) of DESCO, signed the agreement in presence of Alamgir Hossain, Managing Director of Citizens Bank, and Brig Gen Shameem Ahmed (Retd.), Managing Director of DESCO. Under this agreement, Citizens Bank will facilitate the collection of DESCO electricity bills through its branches, sub-branches and digital banking platforms across the country.
