Cloths “R” Us Ltd, a Dhaka-based sustainable apparel manufacturer, on Sunday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Fitfamz and Guardian Life Insurance Limited to provide comprehensive healthcare benefits for its employees.
Under the agreement, employees of Cloths “R” Us Ltd will receive structured medical coverage aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing and healthcare security. The initiative reflects the company’s focus on building a supportive and health-conscious workplace environment.
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by Kyaw Sein Thay Dolly, managing director of Cloths “R” Us Ltd; Sazzad Hissain Snigdho, founder of Fitfamz; and Ashiq, branch manager of Guardian Life Insurance Limited.
Speaking at the event, Kyaw Sein Thay Dolly said that under the corporate arrangement, each employee would be entitled to medical benefits of up to Tk 100,000. The benefits include discounts ranging from 30 per cent to 70 per cent on laboratory tests, inpatient hospital services, and medicine bills at 65 pathological centres and several reputed hospitals across the country affiliated with Guardian Life Insurance Limited.
The partnership is expected to strengthen employee welfare measures at Cloths “R” Us Ltd and reinforce a culture of care, trust, and long-term organisational sustainability.
