CRISL wins Triple A Award

Credit Rating Information and Services Ltd. (CRISL), the country's first rating agency, won the prestigious Rating Agency of the Year Award 2021 from Bangladesh by "The Asset", a Hong Kong-based leading financial publication for issuers and investors, according to a statement.

This is for the third time CRISL won the award with two consecutive years in 2020 and 2021 and earlier in 2018 as the best rating agency of Bangladesh. The other rating agencies that also received the awards this year under various categories are S&P Global, Moody's Investors Service, Fitch Ratings, SCOPE, KBRA, China Lianhe  Credit Rating Company Ltd., MARC, PENGYUAN etc.

The Asset's Triple A recognition represents the industry's most prestigious awards for banking, finance, treasury, investing and the capital markets. The awards that encompass the performance across the community of issuers, investors and intermediaries was launched in 2015 in recognition of the role credit rating agencies play in the development of fixed income markets.
