Crown Cement donates Tk 0.5m to CRP

Md Alamgir Kabir, AMD of M. I. Cement Factory Ltd. (Crown Cement), hands over a cheque for Tk 0.5 million to Valerie Ann Taylor, Founder & Coordinator of CRP.

M. I. Cement Factory Ltd. (Crown Cement) recently donated Tk 0.5 million to the Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP) as part of CSR activities. Md. Alamgir Kabir, Additional Managing Director of Crown Cement, handed over the cheque to Valerie Ann Taylor, Founder & Coordinator of CRP, at a programme in the head office of Crown Cement in Dhaka.
Alamgir Kabir said that CRP under the leadership of Valerie Ann Taylor has been playing a great role in providing physiotherapy, rehabilitation and socio-economic safety to the physically disabled and mentally distressed people of Bangladesh for more than 40 years.
Crown Cement Group CEO Masud Khan and other senior officials of the company were present, said a statement.
