CVO Petrochemical holds 35th AGM

The 35th Annual General Meeting of CVO Petrochemical Refinery Limited was held on Thursday through a digital platform.
The AGM was presided over by Shamsul Alam Shamim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.
The company's Managing Director A.H.M. Habib Ullah, Director Md. Amin, Md. Ali Mortuza, Md. Emranul Hoq, Mohammad Mohsin Saky and Nure Habib Noman, Deputy Managing Director & Acting Chief Financial Officer Nizam Uddin Mahmood Hossain, Executive Director and Chief Auditor Mr. Ahmadul Haq Hasan, Independent Director Engr. A.F.M. Ishaque, Senior Partner of K.M. Hasan & Co., Chartered Accountants, Md. Amirul Islam, FCA, FCS, Company Secretary Khwaza Mowin Uddin Hossain and Senior Officials were present in the AGM, said a statement.
Company Secretary Khwaza Mowin Uddin Hossain conducted the meeting and presented the agenda of the meeting as well as announced the results of the obtained votes on the agenda.
Ordinary shareholders participating in the virtual Annual General Meeting through accessing into the AGM link, submitted their valuable questions and opinions on the overall issues of the company from 24 hours before commencement of the meeting to until the time during the meeting and approving the agendas of 35th Annual General Meeting of the company spontaneously by giving their valuable votes.
The company's Managing Director A.H.M. Habib Ullah and Deputy Managing Director & Acting Chief Financial Officer Nizam Uddin Mahmood Hossain given their valuable statements based on the various questions and opinions of the shareholders. Concededly, Company's Managing Director announced the end of the meeting with the permission of the chair.
