The 25th Annual General Meeting of Desh General Insurance Company Limited was held in a hybrid mode on Tuesday, with physical presence at Sena Convention Hall "Sena Gaurab", SKS Tower, at Mohakhali in Dhaka. The meeting was presided over by Chairman of the company Rokeya Quader. Vice Chairman Aminur Rahman, Directors Murad Mohammad Taj, AKM Ahsanul Haque, and Tahrin Aman, Independent Directors Md. Shamim Ahmed and Md. Waliuzzaman, and Chief Executive Officer Mohammodi Khanam attended the meeting. The meeting approved 1% cash dividend for all shareholders.
