Disbursement of interim cash dividend

The Company has informed that it has completed the disbursement of interim Cash Dividend of 2014 of the Company by August 18-19, 2014 to the general shareholders (except to a few NRB shareholders who have given foreign addresses) through Online and BEFTN engaging 55 Banks. Physical distribution of Dividend Warrants from Grameenphone share office to the general shareholders has been completed on August 19, 2014. Handover of undistributed Dividend Warrants and Dividend Notices to Courier companies for onward distribution to general shareholders at their respective addresses have been completed on August 19, 2014.
