Spot trading
Trading of the units of NLI First Mutual Fund, Southeast Bank 1st Mutual Fund, Green Delta Mutual Fund and DBH First Mutual Fund will be allowed only in the Spot Market from today to August 27, 2019 as the record date of the funds is on August 28, 2019.
Withdrawal of Authorised Representatives
Razzak Securities Ltd.: The company (DSE TREC No. 184) has withdrawn three of its authorised representatives, Mr. Md. Saiful Islam, Mr. Jahir Uddin and Mr. Md. Zahidul Islam, with immediate effect.
Fareast Islami Securities Ltd.: The company (DSE TREC No. 170) has withdrawn one of its authorised representatives, Ms. Tasmin Nahar, with immediate effect.
Intention to transfer shares
Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd.: Mrs. Meherun Haque, one of the sponsors of the company has expressed her intention to transfer her entire holding of 3,41,279 shares of the company to her daughter Ms. Sadaf Shamshad Haque, by way of gift outside the trading system of the exchange within 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
Legal authorisation regarding placing any sale order
DSE has requested all stock brokers to ensure due authorisation from their clients, like sale orders, CDBL Pay-In form etc. before placing any sale order into the system.
