Cash dividend disbursement
ACME Laboratories Ltd: The ACME Laboratories Ltd. has informed that it has disbursed the cash dividend for the year ended 30 June 2017 to the respective shareholders' bank accounts through BEFTN system. The dividend warrants whose Bank Accounts are not under BEFTN facilities, have been dispatched through Courier service on 03 January 2018.
The Peninsula Chittagong Limited: The Peninsula Chittagong Limited has informed that it has disbursed the cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2017 to the respective shareholders' bank accounts through BEFTN.
Recommendation of dividend
Bangladesh Shipping Corporation: Bangladesh Shipping Corporation has recommended 10 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on 30 June 2017. AGM will be held on 15 March 2018 at 11:00am at Shaheed Mohammad Fazlur Rahman Munshi Auditorium, Chittagong Port Area, Chittagong. Record date is on 24 January 2018.

BBS Cables Ltd: National Credit Ratings Limited (NCR) has announced the Surveillance Rating of BBS Cables Ltd. as ''A+'' in the long term and ''ST-2'' in the short term along with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements of the Company as on June 30, 2017.

(CRISL) has informed that the Rating Committee of CRISL has assigned the CPA (Claim Paying Ability) Rating to Asia Insurance Limited is ''AA-'' along with a stable outlook in consideration of audited financials up to 31 December 2016, unaudited financials up to 30 September 2017 and other relevant quantitative.
