Board meetings
Miracle Industries Limited: A board meeting of the company will be held on December 07, 2020 at 4:30 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the company for the first quarter period ended on September 30, 2020.
Another board meeting of the company will be held on December 7, 2020 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the company for the year ended on June 30, 2020.
Credit rating
Premier Cement Mills Limited: Credit Rating Information and Services Limited (CRISL) rated Premier Cement Mills Limited as "AA" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with a stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to June 30, 2020, unaudited financials up to September 30, 2020 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
Change of AGM/EGM date, venue
Deshbandhu Polymer Ltd: Due to unavoidable circumstances the 4th EGM and 14th AGM of the company will now be held on December 30, 2020 at 9:00 AM and 9:15 AM respectively instead of earlier declared date of December 24, 2020. The AGM and EGM will be organised by using digital platform. Other information regarding the AGM and EGM will remain unchanged.

Extension of suspension of trading
Beximco Synthetics Ltd: Referring to the earlier news disseminated on 19.11.2020 regarding suspension of trading of shares of Beximco Synthetics Ltd, the suspension period of trading of shares of the company has been extended for further period of 15 days effective from December 07, 2020 as per Section 9(8) of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969.
Suspension of trading
Trading of the shares of S. S. Steel Limited and Premier Cement Mills Limited will remain suspended on its record date, today (Monday). Trading of the shares of the companies will resume on December 08, 2020.
Spot trading
Trading of the shares of Regent Textile Mills Ltd and Rangpur Dairy & Food Products Ltd will be allowed only in the spot market from today (Monday) to December 08, 2020 as the record date of the companies is on December 09, 2020.
