Credit rating
Federal Insurance Company Limited: Credit Rating Information and Services Ltd. (CRISL) has informed that the Rating Committee of CRISL has assigned the CPA (Claim Paying Ability) Rating of the company as "A" along with a stable outlook in consideration of audited financials of the company up to December 31, 2017, unaudited financials up to September 30, 2018 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
Board decision to sell floor space
National Bank Limited: The company has informed that the board of directors of the company has decided to sell 2nd floor, 4th floor, 5th floor and 6th floor (total 33,780 sft.) of the building (including undivided & undemarcated proportionate land & 08 car parks at the basement) located at Goshaildanga, Sk Mujib Road, P.S. Double Mooring, Chittagong owned by the company, the estimated sale value is Tk. 620.0 million only.
