Board meeting

United Commercial Bank Ltd.: As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, United Commercial Bank Ltd. has informed that a meeting of the board of directors will be held on March 20, 2018 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the company for the year ended on December 31, 2017.

Spot trading

United Finance Limited: Trading of the shares of United Finance Limited will be allowed only in the spot market and block transactions will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from today (Wednesday) to tomorrow (Thursday). Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date, March 18, 2018.

Venue and revised date of AGM

Delta Brac Housing Finance Corporation: Delta Brac Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the 22nd AGM of the company, will now be held on April 19, 2018 instead of earlier declared date April 26, 2018. The venue of the AGM has been fixed at 'Delta Life Conference Hall', Delta Life Tower (13th Floor), Plot # 37, Road # 90, Gulshan Circle # 2, Dhaka- 1212. Other information will remain unchanged.
