Disbursement of dividend
Daffodil Computers Ltd.: The company has requested the shareholders' to collect their dividend warrants by hand from January 19- 21, 2019 from 10:00 am to 3:00 PM addressed at the Daffodil Computers Ltd., 64/3 Lake circus Kalabagan, Mirpur Road, Dhaka-1205. If the Dividend Warrants are not collected within this period, will be sent by courier service to the respective shareholders' mailing address.
Agni Systems Ltd.: The company has informed that it has credited the bonus shares for the year ended on June 30, 2018 to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on Tuesday. The dividend warrant and sale proceeds of fractional shares will be available from the office of the company at Navana Tower (11/A), 45 Gulshan Avenue, Gulshan 1, Dhaka from January 22-24, 2019 within office hour. If the dividend warrants are not collected within this period, will be sent by courier service to the respective registered address.
Trustee meeting
LR Global Bangladesh Mutual Fund One: A meeting of the trustee committee will be held on January 20, 2019 at 3:15 pm to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the fund for the first quarter (Q1) period ended on December 31, 2018.

SAIF Powertec Limited: The company has credited the bonus shares for the year ended on June 30, 2018 to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on Tuesday. Cash dividend will be paid to the respective shareholders' in stipulated time.
National Feed Mill Ltd.: The bonus shares of the company for the year ended on June 30, 2018 have already been credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on Tuesday. Amount of fractional stock dividend will be sent to the eligible/entitled shareholders in their respective address within the stipulated time frame.

Kattali Textile Ltd.: A board meeting of the company will be held on January 20, 2019 at 4:00 pm to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the company for the second quarter (Q2) period ended on December 31, 2018.
