Trading activities with new name, style
Securities Broking and Management Services Ltd. DSE TREC No. 136, has applied to DSE vide its letter No. PLSB/DSE/Compliance/2018/627 dated December 10, 2018 to start its trading activities in the name and style as Premier Leasing Securities Broking Limited instead of Securities Broking and Management Services Limited with immediate effect.
Sale intention
Keya Cosmetics Ltd.: Mr. Abdul Khaleque Pathan, one of the sponsor directors of the company, has expressed his intention to sell 3,00,00,000 shares out of his total holding of 31,21,89,510 shares of the company at prevailing market price (in the public market) through stock exchange (DSE) within next 30 working days.

IDLC Securities Ltd.: The company (DSE TREC No. 58) has withdrawn two of its authorised representatives, Mr. Md. Wayesh Kuruni Azad and Mr. Md. Mehedi Hasan, with immediate effect.
DSE requests stock brokers, merchant
bankers to send IPO application data
All the stock brokers of DSE and merchant bankers are requested to send IPO application data along with list of bank drafts (FDDs) submitted by NRB and foreign applicants of SEML FBLSL Growth Fund in electronic format through IPO Data Transmission Software in the following link http://dsebd.org/IPO-Data-Transmission-Software.php and also send original bank certificates as well as all the bank drafts (FDD) received from NRB and foreign applicants along with original bank certificate(s) mentioning the FC account number which has been debited to issue the FDD and a copy of the list containing information of FDDs at Swantex Building, Level-7, 9/I, Motijheel C/A, Dhaka by today (Wednesday).

A five-day training on "Certificate Programme on Basics of Stock Market" begins on January 13. The programme will begin at 3:00 pm everyday. Bengal Windsor Thermoplastics Ltd.: Mr. Humayun Kabir, one of the sponsor directors of the company, has further reported that he has completed his sale of 32,00,000 shares of the company at prevailing market price through stock exchange as announced earlier.
Suspension of trading
Padma Oil Company Limited: Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on its record date, today (Wednesday). Trading of the shares of the company will resume on December 20, 2018.
