Disbursement of dividend

Peoples Insurance Co. Limited: The company informed that the cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2021 has already been distributed to the respective shareholder's bank account and margin loan account on July 20, 2022.

Sale intention

Mercantile Bank Ltd: Mr. A.K.M Shaheed Reza, one of the sponsors of the company, has expressed his intention to sell 8,00,000 shares out of his holding 5,01,94,126 shares of the company at prevailing market price (in the Public Market) through Dhaka Stock Exchange within within next 30 working days.

Union Bank Limited: A board meeting of the company will be held on July 25, 2022 at 5:00 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the company for the second quarter period ended June 30, 2022.
