Recommendation of dividend

FAS Finance & Investment Limited: The board of directors recommended no dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2019. The AGM of the company will be held on December 28, 2020 at 11:00 AM on a digital platform. The record date is December 10, 2020. The company reported Consolidated EPS of Tk. (10.12), Consolidated NAV per share of Tk. 1.93 and Consolidated NOCFPS of Tk. (8.49) for the year ended on December 31, 2019 as against Tk. (0.16) (restated), Tk. 12.05 (restated) and Tk. (9.15) (restated) respectively for the same period of the previous year.

Board meeting

SK Trims & Industries Ltd: A board meeting of the company will be held on November 29, 2020 at 5:00 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the company for the first quarter period ended on September 30, 2020.

Reschedule of board meeting

M.I. Cement Factory Ltd: A board meeting of the company will now be held on November 26, 2020 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the company for the first quarter period ended on September 30, 2020.

Change of AGM date

Hamid Fabrics Limited: Due to some unavoidable circumstances, the date of 26th AGM of the company has been changed to December 26, 2020 from December 24, 2020. Other information of the AGM will remain unchanged.

Suspension of trading

Trading of the shares of Wata Chemicals Ltd, Salvo Chemical Industry Limited, Saiham Cotton Mills Ltd, Metro Spinning Limited, Indo-Bangla Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Golden Harvest Agro Industries Ltd, First Security Islami Bank Limited and Evince Textiles Limited will remain suspended on its record date, today (Monday). Trading of the shares of the companies will resume on November 24, 2020.

Trading of the shares of Sonargaon Textiles Ltd, Shinepukur Ceramics Limited, Simtex Industries Ltd, Khulna Printing & Packaging Limited, Information Services Network Ltd, HWA Well Textiles (BD) Limited, Hamid Fabrics Ltd, Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Bangladesh Export Import Company Limited, Aramit Ltd and Associated Oxygen Limited will be allowed only in the spot market from today (Monday) to November 24, 2020 as the record date of the companies is on November 25, 2020.

Credit rating

IPDC Finance Limited: Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the surveillance rating of IPDC Finance Limited as "AA1" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements of the company up to 31 December 2019 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

Summit Power Limited: Credit Rating Information and Services Limited (CRISL) has rated Summit Power Limited as "AAA" in the long term and "ST - 1" in the short term along with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements of the company up to June 30, 2020 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

CVO Petrochemical Refinery Ltd: Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the Entity Rating (Surveillance) of CVO Petrochemical Refinery Ltd as "BBB2" along with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements as on June 30, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015 and bank liability position as on October 14, 2020.

Sale confirmation

Union Capital Limited: Engr. M. Abu Taher, one of the sponsors of Union Capital Limited, reported that he has completed his sale of 15,86,826 shares of the company at prevailing market price through stock exchanges as per declaration disseminated on 20.10.2020.

Issue of Mercantile Bank 3rd Subordinated Bond

Mercantile Bank Ltd: The board of directors decided to issue coupon bearing non-convertible "Mercantile Bank 3rd Subordinated Bond" up to Tk 5.00 billion as Tier-II regulatory capital through private placement to strengthen the capital base of the bank under Basel-III guideline subject to approval from concerned regulatory authorities.
